Fruit

Avocado, Olives, Lemons, Limes and Rhubarb are fine because they are very low in sugar. If indicated by one’s hair test, the following are generally acceptable in moderation (preferably organic) as they are lower in sugar: apricots, Asian pear, blackberries*, blueberries, boysenberries, cantaloupe, casaba melon, coconut, cranberries*, grapefruit, honeydew melon, nectarines, papaya, raspberries*, starfruit*, strawberries* and watermelon. Otherwise, try to limit all other fruit.
